Short Poofy Lepord Dress

is only a hyena and vultures in Etosha National Park, Namibia

hyenas and vultures have we only get one time to see in Etosha National Park. This had I so do not expect. Maybe it was the season and / or maybe we were just unlucky. Maybe it's also the fact that these animals do not have a good image and therefore the farms are not as attractive

Especially the hyenas was so often assumed that they would be more mean and nasty scavengers. But whether you think they feel as beautiful or ugly, it's impressive and respectable predators. I would have like to see more photos of the hyenas. But we have unfortunately only once a single hyena can find - just this spotted hyena.

Somewhere, right on a main traffic route, we will have in passing sometimes vultures circling in the sky - there is probably a particularly favorable upswing or just a dead animal on the soil have given. Unfortunately we did not stop. Oh, vultures, which are in the National Park we see still in heaps. But Nope. Nothing, nada, is the utter failure ... no, not a vulture carrion, far and wide.

Only once we have seen a vulture on the ground or in tree - that this gorgeous white-backed vulture. That was also in the Etosha National Park and recognized by the brownish-colored collar is then probably a young bird.
