"NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again SAECO!" 2009-10-23

We have the Saeco Odea Go acquired in January 2008 and today final goodbye to her. If the machine did and what she was the first 14 months of the case, the coffee tasted delicious and was issued with an optimal temperature. No crown of the art, but as long as it works correctly you get exactly what you would expect for the fairly low price, no more and no less. (Purchase price amounted to 249 €)



came after 14 months, but the first damage: The removable brew group jammed and was not in spite of all attempts to take from the machine. In order to conduct a speedy settlement of the repair in the ways I have directly called the Saeco "Hotline". I was still relatively good cheer, lets hope one but the concept hotline or by phone customer service "in a quick and competent help. No way, with the speed and expertise, from Saeco customer service, it was apparently just as with the functionality of my Odea Go - in the A ***. The - after all, free - namely port is occupied almost continuously, there is a queue it does not, and you finally hear a dial tone but can not be expected to turn someone deigned to go. The machine could now be either sent or brought to the next service point. Since I did not feel well and not one before me this evening after hours of torture to the A2 to Dortmund, I asked the lady me to send a case (the original cardboard no longer existed) in order to send the unit. Answer: Do not go, Saeco has currently not in stock. I should contact about 10 - wait 14 days, you'll have me then send a box or by a call to me. After three weeks, neither the one nor the other happened, so I called again (procedure as already described) and then get to hear that Saeco is currently in a software conversion, as would be converted to SAP. Therefore, there is a massive logistical problems and a shipment of packaging is therefore not possible until further notice. Due to the switch to SAP? (No comment) It must be said that according to a one Saeco Chicken can result in a non-original box void the warranty and I was strongly discouraged. Into clear! Three months! came the box and I could send the machine finally. Repair was fast, unfortunately, my dear friends of the Saeco machine packaged so cleverly that the drip tray is broken during return. So again posted and maintained. Unit came back the next malfunction too.



The coffee tonsillectomy only tröpchenweise and the machine overheating thus before the output was completely finished. So another similar funny game, machine posted, get back in a week. Everything great - and the exactly 6 days! Then came exactly the same fault again! So once again called for Saeco (was still no picnic) and the problem again described. I was advised to wash the brew group once more thoroughly (although I had made the two days before) and clean the strainer located it with a brush. Have I made good, and brewing coffee container reinstated brew button, and - oh great - now everything was no coffee in the cup, because that is all out ran out of the machine on the side! Since nothing helped, the dishwater was CONSEQUENTIAL at every try out below. Then the following telephone conversation with Saeco was luckily only a phone call and no vis-a-vis Call ... But when they said that I should for the redeployment of a carton pay 50 € (the previous board was after the above-described back-and-Herschickerei in the paper), wanted to tell me and that is obviously not intellectually talented receptionist in all seriousness that this is the actual cost of a box representing plus packaging material including transportation, I almost burst. If the cost alone boxes with Styrofoam inserts 50 € should be able to calculate everybody, what quality is processed in a 249 € device. The machine then I finally claimed (bought at Discount24) and now get a refund of the full purchase price.



Conclusion: Even with was properly prescribed term operation and cleaning and descaling the machine for about a year for the competitive price absolutely super, but after a total nightmare, primarily through the abysmally bad customer service. By the way, have my parents and friends also relatively new devices from Saeco, all of which were already fixed, and here it must be confined to more expensive devices that cost about three times the Odea Go. A star gets the machine for the period in which they worked. Conclusion: Stay away from Saeco unless you have fun at bad service, bad equipment, bad temper, and wasted Arts. We do not, so we look forward to the new de Logos machine is delivered tomorrow from Amazon!

The machine is simple to use and prepare a delicious coffee noisily. The collecting tank and water tank are unfortunately quite small constructed - but one comes around at least not for daily cleaning. The workmanship is poor, the side doors do not close natlos and everything looks a bit cheaply made - but so expensive, the machine is not so!

Unfortunately we ran about 2 months, half of the coffee is no longer in the cup, but somehow LOW the collection container, ie any brewing half ran laterally from the machine. Unfortunately, we have sent the machine to Saeco, so that it can be repaired. After numerous calls us the machine was to FOURTEEN WEEKS!! returned. When packing the heroes of the Saeco machine have very fine eingeschweist in a film and thus canceled the cup holder. I will NEVER AGAIN have SAECO in my house. Rather invest a bit more and buy a decent machine.

hello love coffee drinkers

have the saving version of this source of gerät.macht the matter no better ...

give after 7 months the spirit auf.entgültig! before that they would leak and the coffee dispenser zickt around .... what mechanic ... then it goes by 2 days and then again not at their work tun.hatte already suspect that it is in the espresso machine trade :-)

but the coffee is delicious as gibs nothing to complain about ..... shame really.

against the coffee from the machine, there is little objection if the "gadgets" omitted is. After about 18 months more or less trouble-free operation, the machine has now seven weeks ago ceased operating in full (apparently, the pressure for the brewing process not reached). As this is done within the warranty period, the machine was shipped by the retailer to a service-repair service. After the return of the Wiederinberiebnahme was however due to the same! Error is not possible. So the whole again ...

The second repair attempt was identical to the first! So back to the dealer, who sent the machine now to another service point of the company Saeco. Let's see if this time is what ....

Conclusion: The machine is lamellas, error rate & Service "modest".

the good coffee I do not want to miss. However, we were after the purchase in early January 09 surprised the other day with a problem in the brewing unit. She let mr exclude extremely cumbersome and difficult to insert.
